How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. From there, USPS delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on the shipping speed selected at checkout. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Is shipping free?
Yes — orders over $25 ship free within the United States.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Do your rings come with a warranty?
Yes! Every Dersa ring is backed by The Dersa Promise — our lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. Replacements ship for a small $6.99 shipping fee.

I bought my ring on Etsy, TikTok Shop, or eBay — am I still covered?
Yes, as long as you register your product within 30 days of purchase. You can do that directly on The Dersa Promise page.
