What's Covered
Silicone Rings
Manufacturing defects — such as a flaw in the mold, a color imperfection, or a sizing error on our part — are covered for as long as you own your ring. You simply cover a small shipping fee of $6.99 for your replacement.
What's Not Covered
This promise covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear from daily use, accidental damage, or rings that have been cut, altered, or modified. Any aftermarket modification to your ring voids this warranty.
How It Works
- Email us at support@dersashop.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- Our team reviews your request, typically within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, we'll send you simple instructions — just cover the $6.99 shipping fee.
- Your replacement ships straight to your door.
