What's Covered

If your Dersa ring arrives with a manufacturing defect — a flaw in the mold, a color imperfection, or a sizing error on our part — we will send you a replacement, no matter how long you've owned it.

What's Not Covered

This promise covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear from daily use, damage from misuse, or rings that have been cut, altered, or modified.

How to Request a Replacement

Simply email us at support@dersashop.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once approved, we'll ship your replacement for a small shipping fee of $6.99 — a fraction of the cost of buying new.

The Dersa Promise applies to rings purchased directly through Dersa Shop or our official storefronts on Etsy, TikTok Shop, and eBay.
